My husband and I both used our “Free Night” promotion to book 2 rooms for ourselves and another couple. Too many children in the hotel as it is a resort and it is always noisy. I do not recommend it if you are working in the area and need a place to stay. I was totally dissatisfied with the housekeeping and the customer service in this hotel. I left a message, but was never contacted. I called to complain and was told the supervisor was too busy to take my call. My room was never fully cleaned until I finally got tired of the dirty sheets and bathroom. They did not have a problem with my request, but I was constantly woken up during the day. I had requested not to be disturbed by housekeeping during the day because I was working night shift. Housekeeping did enter my room at night and took out the trash and changed out my towels, but didn't clean. I was woken up several times by a male housekeeper (I slept during the day) around 11 am to ask me if I 'needed anything for the night.' I was never really sure what he was offering. Stayed at Treasure Island for over three weeks and my room was cleaned once.
